Lead Person

Muller Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Person. The Lead Person will work closely with our Foreman and be responsible for overseeing a crew of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Experience with construction tools and equipment.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train crew members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation for this position is based on experience and skill level, and generally starts around $27/hour.
This is a non-union position.

Supervise and lead a crew of construction workers.
Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects.
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
Use measuring tape and other measuring tools to ensure precise measurements and accurate installation.
Work with a variety of construction materials and tools, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
