General Laborer

Muller Construction is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will work on various construction sites throughout Northeast WI and will assist in various tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and assisting tradesmen in their duties.

Ability to read a measuring tape and interpret construction plans
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Technical ability and aptitude for working with tools and equipment
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

Starting compensation for the General Laborer position is around $20 per hour, based on experience and ability.

Muller Construction is a non-union company with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company. Training will be provided for individuals who meet the requirements but may need additional technical skills.

Assist tradesmen and foremen in various tasks as needed
Load and unload materials from trucks
Dig trenches and assist in laying foundations
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow safety guidelines and procedures on the construction site
Maintain a clean and organized work area
